Data licensing advisory

Licensing revenue from the records your business already holds.

AI developers license real operating records: how a request was handled, what went wrong and how it was resolved. We assess whether your records could qualify and connect suitable businesses with a specialist licensing partner.

No cost and no files to start.

What a record looks like

One finished piece of work, start to finish.

The request, the back-and-forth, what went wrong and how it was resolved. Real work like this isn't on the internet, which is why AI companies license it.

Record history
Anonymized
The opportunity

A new revenue line from records you already paid to create.

Every finished piece of work leaves a trail: the request, the back-and-forth, what went wrong, how your team fixed it and how it ended. That history is what AI companies license, and you already have it.

Licensing is not selling your company, taking on debt or giving up equity. A buyer gets permission to use an agreed set of records, for an agreed purpose, on agreed terms. You keep the business, the records and your systems, and you decide what is included.

  • Revenue from work already recorded. Nothing new to produce.
  • Plain answers, no pressure. We explain the opportunity and the decisions that stay yours.
  • Specialists handle the licensing. Assessment and the deal sit with the licensing partner, not your team.

Who you're dealing with

A real company, with clear limits.

RevSync Advisory is the data advisory arm of RevSync, a company that builds sales and outreach systems for B2B businesses.

$4.2M+
Revenue generated for RevSync's clients in the last 12 months.
From RevSync's sales and outreach work, not from data licensing.

What we will never do

  • Ask for files on a first call. A description is enough to start.
  • Charge you a fee. The conversation and the introduction cost you nothing.
  • Introduce you without your OK. You agree before anyone else hears your name.
  • Quote a price we can't stand behind. Any offer comes from the licensing partner, after it has seen what exists.

Questions before you begin

Your questions, answered plainly.

Anything else, ask us directly. A short conversation is the quickest way to an answer for your business.

Ask us a question
Is this a loan, or do we give up equity?

Neither. A licence gives a buyer permission to use an agreed set of records for an agreed purpose. Nothing is borrowed, no shares change hands, and you keep the business, the records and your systems.

Why would an AI company want records from a business like ours?

AI still gets real work wrong: the denied claim that needed an appeal, the part that failed inspection, the disputed invoice. The record of how an experienced team actually solved cases like these is not on the internet. Years of it, inside an established business, is what buyers look for.

Could our records fit?

If your team has spent years recording requests, the work done and how it turned out, in operating software, client files, inboxes or shared folders, you are a good place to start. Size matters less than how complete that history is. A short conversation is the quickest way to find out.

Do we need to organise everything before we talk?

No. Start by describing the tools your team uses and how far back the history goes. Records spread across several systems are normal. If the licensing partner wants to look further, it agrees any preparation with you before work begins.

Will we have to upload files or give anyone access?

No. Nothing is uploaded and nobody gets into your systems for the first conversation. If the partner later asks for a small sample, it is shared only if you choose to.

Do we keep control of our records?

Yes. You decide what is included, approve any sample before it is shared and approve any terms before you sign. Identifying details are removed before records go to any buyer.

Can the same records be licensed more than once?

Often not: many licences are exclusive, which is part of why they pay. The licensing partner confirms exactly what further use is possible before you agree to anything.

What does it cost, and how is payment handled?

Nothing to start. There is no fee for the conversation or the introduction. If a licence goes ahead, payment terms are set in the agreement with the licensing partner and follow delivery of the records you approved. We are paid by the partner, never by you.

Find out if your records could pay you again.

Send a few lines about your business and the records you keep. We reply to set up a short call and tell you honestly whether a closer look makes sense.
